Shipping & Delivery

Default sets: will be shipped out in 20 business days from the payment confirmation date.

Default sets with options: will be shipped out in 30 business days from the payment confirmation date.

Shipping time for pre-orders may vary depending on the manufacturers.

All orders are sent with a tracking number & require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Angel Dolls accepts all exchange and refund related inquiries from our customers.

Our office will examine the product in question and after the evaluation, we will decide whether your request should be classified as free/paid exchange or refund. Depending on the situation, shipping and handling fees may or may not be the responsibility of the customers.

Please do not send any parcels containing your purchase to Angel Dolls before informing us in advance. We take great consideration on the information you provide us via e-mail or phone call (+44 (0) 7919 136 598) explaining the condition of your purchase and request.
