Can I cancel my order?

If we have the item in stock, your order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't been shipped.

If it is a pre-order item, you can only cancel/alter the order if it has not been passed on to the doll maker. If it has been sent to the BJD company then it is too late to cancel the order or make any changes.

What if I want to cancel my Layaway?

Layaway orders for items in stock can be cancelled. However, your first payment is a deposit & is non-refundable. Any subsequent payments you have made will be refunded.

Layaways for pre-orders can not be cancelled/altered.

Returns

Items may be returned, providing they are still in their original packaging & unopened. Returns are allowed up to 7 days after the order has been received.

If there is a problem, (damage or incorrect product), please contact us within 7 days of receipt to acquire a free replacement part. After 7 days, any replacement parts needed will be your expense.

Email sarah@angeldolls.co.uk if you need to return an item. You will be refunded the amount you paid less shipping. Remember, don't send your order back without letting us know first!
